Warranty & Return Policy
BT5 offers a limited-warranty of 1-year that only covers defects of products caused by manufacturing. It does not cover regular wear and tear, including but not limited to, breakage due to abuse, improper usage, water damage or other causes attributable to events outside the manufacturing process. Return of products for warranty reason will not be accepted unless a BT5’s Warranty Approval Ticket has been given by BT5. Any unauthorized returns for warranty are subject to refusal by BT5 and may be returned to Buyer on a freight collect basis. To exercise Buyer’s warranty rights, Buyer need the original sales receipt, and provide BT5 with pictures of the product serial number and the details of the problem. A member from BT5 will contact Buyer via email or by phone to provide instructions.
Return and Refund Policy
BT5 offers to Buyer a 14-days return policy on all BT5 products. This return period starts from the original purchase date, or from the product delivery date if the product was paid in advance (see section 1 of these Terms of Sale), and is applicable for products sold through this website as long as products are returned in as-new condition and in the original packaging materials they were shipped in. If the original box has been opened or scratched or dented, or any of the product’s components are not as-new, a restocking fee may apply at BT5’s discretion. The restocking fee will be informed to Buyer before a Return Approval Ticket be issued by BT5. Buyer should return items in the original packaging with all cables, adapters, accessories, and documentation that were included when Buyer received it. Returned items cannot have physical damage. Shipping cost and responsibilities of returns by Buyer. Refunds from BT5 will be issued via the original form of payment that was used by Buyer. Buyer will receive a refund of the purchase price that Buyer paid for the approved returned item(s), excluding any shipping and handling costs of the item(s) within 21 business days of BT5’s receipt of the returned item(s). Products purchased from other BT5's must be returned in accordance with their applicable return and refund policy.
After each order is processed, it is sent immediately to BT5’s fulfillment warehouse for shipment. Orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.
